The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, embed digital innovation, and ensure the supply chain is efficient, sustainable, and aligned with strategic objectives. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, optimise processes, and leverage emerging technologies to enhance performance, and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Define and deliver a comprehensive supply chain strategy supporting growth, profitability, and sustainability.
Operational Excellence: Oversee the supply chain lifecycle, covering raw material supply across MRP and just in time processes, balancing labour resource with finished goods planning, to optimise demand smoothing and mitigate the impact of seasonality.
Digital Transformation: Implement advanced analytics, AI-driven planning tools, and intelligence platforms to improve forecasting, demand planning, and risk management.
