We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic CIS Data Admin Apprentice to provide admin support for the CIS function.
The successful candidate will support the data processes and administration relating largely to student enrolment, registers and attendance.
They will build strong, positive working relationships with a supportive and collaborative team, and professional services who share the common goal of providing a meaningful educational experience.
They will have excellent organisational and time-management skills and be able to prioritise work effectively to meet objectives and deadlines. They will be comfortable with, and proactively adapt to rapid changes in educational trends within the sector. They will be able to plan and prioritise their own schedule of work to achieve objectives, have strong IT skills and happy to be part of a close-knit team with shared objectives.
Job Overview
4. To provide administrative support to the College Information Services (CIS) department.
5. This role is intended to provide administrative support to all customers (internal and external) including enrollment, data input, timetabling and registers.
6. Support all on-going and developmental work by providing a professional administration service.
7. All staff have a responsibility for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults.
