Assistant Night Manager Meli London Kensington
Mission
To ensure seamless management and supervision during the night shift, overseeing hotel operations, team performance, and guest satisfaction. Youll be the go-to leader for the night team, ensuring smooth operations, accurate reporting, and exceptional service delivery at all times.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure all Duty Management procedures are followed and night operations run efficiently.
Provide maximum support to the Front Desk team, resolving issues that may arise during check-in or check-out.
Maintain the Duty Managers log book, recording incidents, actions taken, and operational updates.
Actively promote and upsell hotel services and facilities, ensuring departmental and corporate targets are met.
Meet Financial Controller requirements by auditing systems and ensuring all reports are accurate and timely.
Stay fully conversant with hotel facilities, product knowledge, and current promotions.
Handle guest complaints promptly and constructively, ensuring effective communication with colleagues.
