Production Operatives Needed The Flava People have an incredibly exciting opportunity for a Production Operatives & Machine Operators in the Wythenshawe area who are looking to work for a fun, fair and foodie business. We’re looking for Production Operatives & Machine Operators who are passionate about food to join us on our journey. Following an incredibly busy Winter we are heading into an even busier Summer so we are looking for people to help us pack off our products and operate our machines. This is intricate work in a fast paced environment. The Flava People are a bit different to your every day, mundane, bang average, food manufacturing business. Various incentives everyone gets to enjoy are: Flava of The Month Awards Summer Family Fun Day Annual Bonus (Subject to time served & KPI’s) Team Events Seasonal Treats Healthcare & EAP Life Cover We are looking for Production Operatives & Machine Operators who ideally have food manufacturing experience and are available 40hrs a week Mon – Sat: 6am – 2pm 2pm - 10pm (Please note all contracts are 24hrs as we do occasionally need to switch on a night shift which is usually 10pm - 6am and paid and time & quarter). Current rates of pay are £11.44 per hour (Please note this is a starting salary. The more learn the more you earn). O/T is currently available but not guaranteed.
