Service Designer
SC Clearance REQUIRED
Initial 3 month Contract
£500-550 per day, Outside IR35
Fully remote (UK based)
Our exclusive Consulting partner urgently requires the services of an SC Cleared Service Designer to join a project team working on a high profile Government program.
Scope:
* Designs end-to-end services that meet user needs and deliver policy intent.
* Maps user journeys, identifies pain points, and ensures services are usable, efficient, and inclusive.
* Collaborates across disciplines to align service touchpoints and back-end processes.
We need:
* Current, Valid SC Clearance is essential!
* Experience working with policy and operational teams in central gov dept's
* Experience working with GDS and / or to GDS design principles and delivery lifecycle (Discovery, alpha, beta)
* Experience working with senior stakeholders in central gov dept's
