What you'll be doing
Reporting to the Senior Site Manager, you’ll lead daily site operations with a strong focus on safety and performance:
1. Manage and deploy staff and resources efficiently, while providing clear leadership and support to the team.
2. Monitor operations, supervise personnel and fixed plant, and drive continuous improvements in quality and efficiency.
3. Handle monthly payroll hours, maintain budgetary control, and order equipment and resources as needed.
4. Promote a positive safety culture and ensure all activities meet required health & safety legislation.
What we're looking for
5. Experience supervising and developing engaged teams to deliver high operational standards.
6. IOSH Managing Safely qualification (or willingness to work towards it).
7. Broad knowledge of plant equipment is desirable but not essential — full training will be provided.
