This strategic hire will expand and add to the successful team. As the Ratings Director, you will act on behalf of existing clients, working on some of the largest assessments across the UK & IRE. Responsibilities will include: Grow existing caseloads across trading properties (hotels of particular interest). Lead and review own cases across an array of instructions. Requirements for the role: Full driving license. The ability to work with autonomy Comfortable with Depreciate Replacement Cost (DRC) or Trade Valuation Preferably a RICS Registered Valuer & MRICS This is a great opportunity for a Ratings Surveyor looking to take the next step in their career and join a market leader.
