We are working on behalf of a well-established and growing company who are looking to recruit a highly organised Operations Administrator to support their busy sales team.
This is a key role within the business, ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly, managing information accurately, and supporting colleagues to deliver an excellent service. You will be working in a close knit and friendly team, working for a company with some really big plans for 2026!
Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring that sales and operational information is uploaded, maintained, and distributed correctly. You will play an important part in supporting sales deliverables and making sure key documentation is available when needed.
Key responsibilities include:
Uploading and maintaining sales and operational information accurately
Ensuring sales documentation and deliverables are completed and recorded on systems
Distributing Health & Safety information to relevant internal and external parties
Supporting the sales team with administrative and operational tasks
Maintaining organised records and ensuring compliance with internal processesThe Ideal Candidate
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident managing and uploading information across systems
Comfortable supporting a sales team in a fast-paced office environment
Strong communication and administrative skills
Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks effectivelyWhat’s on Offer
Salary of £27,000–£29,000 depending on experience
Full-time, office-based position, on site parking
