This is an opportunity to lead a medium-sized team providing high-level executive and administrative support in a dynamic, high-profile environment. You’ll be instrumental in shaping processes, enhancing office operations, and driving continuous improvement. Your proven ability to manage high-performing teams equips you to support individuals and drive results.
You are highly organised, solutions-focused, and adept at building strong professional relationships at executive level. You work confidently with senior leadership and are comfortable reporting directly to the Vice-Chancellor’s Executive Officer, keeping them informed while collaborating on priorities and issues. Your ability to juggle complex diary management, event coordination, and sensitive communications with tact and discretion sets you apart. You combine excellent interpersonal skills with sound judgement, diplomacy, and the ability to influence others appropriately. Above all, you are committed to delivering outstanding professional support, inspiring those around you to uphold the highest standards.
