The Role
You’ll handle the daily production backbone for a global betting account expanding into new territories. Taking approved concepts and rolling them out across multiple formats, from TV storyboards to perimeter boards at football stadiums, with obsessive craft and attention to detail. This means expanding and refining ideas to strengthen them, working closely with account and planning teams to land concepts that create genuine impact, and presenting confidently to creative leadership and clients.
You’ll be part of a 20-person creative team within a 70-person agency, working on high-profile campaigns in one of advertising’s most competitive categories. The scope spans diverse touchpoints across multiple international markets, with opportunities to travel to locations including LA and Mexico for shoots.

The Person
* A Designer with 3–5 years of agency experience and genuine craft mastery across the Adobe Suite. Ideally, you’re someone with sports betting or gaming sector experience who appreciates the category and can work fast with a strong eye for detail.
