We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our Team. The ideal candidate MUST have proven experience in Breakfast/Brunch background and support the day-to-day operations of our kitchen. We expect the highest standards of food preparation and delivery, as well as effective communication across the whole kitchen. As Prep Chef you will follow instruction from our Head Chef whilst complying with all food safety and hygiene requirements.
Responsibilities:
* Support all kitchen operations, including food preparation and quality control.
* Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
* Labelling and dating of inventory
* organisation of walk-in fridge
* order and organising of inventory
* Ensure customer satisfaction by consistently delivering high-quality dishes and exceptional service.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Prep chef (Minimum 1 Years)
* MUST have training and knowledge in HACCP Food safety
* MUST have experience with working on the grill and pan
* Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary trends
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional culinary experiences
* Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
