Shift Lead – B&Q Cribbs Causeway
Permanent contract, full-time – 36.75 hours per week. Salary: £27,709.50 per annum (inclusive of £0.51 per hour store allowance), plus pension, 6.6 weeks holiday and other benefits.
This keyholder position involves shifts from 6am to 9pm, ensuring a safe working and shopping environment. You will oversee your shift to cultivate a great experience for both colleagues and customers daily.
Key responsibilities:
* Be the heartbeat of the store day‑to‑day and ensure operations run smoothly.
* Deploy colleagues effectively to achieve “make every customer count”.
* Serve as the first point of contact for customers and colleagues.
* Maintain safety throughout the store.
Required qualities:
* Passionate about customers and doing the right thing for them.
* Have a global view, not constrained to specific areas of the store.
* Safety conscious, detail‑oriented to spot compliance opportunities.
* Enjoy interacting with colleagues and working in a team.
* Bring energy to each day and motivate those around you.
