This is a rare opportunity to shape the food vision for a stadium that hosts world-class rugby, concerts and major events. From premium dining in private suites to large-scale banqueting and innovative non-event day menus, you’ll set the standard for excellence.
Your day:
* Lead all culinary operations across match days, conferences and special events
* Design and deliver creative, seasonal menus that reflect the latest food trends
* Manage and develop a high-performing kitchen team, ensuring top-quality standards
* Oversee food safety, compliance and cost control across all areas
* Collaborate with senior leadership to drive innovation and exceed guest expectations
* Build strong supplier relationships and maintain sustainable sourcing practices

You'll bring:
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume, premium environment
* Strong leadership and team development skills
* Passion for food innovation and delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Excellent organisational and financial management abilities
* Knowledge of current culinary trends and commitment to sustainability
