As a Residential Conveyancer, you will manage your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion. This will include sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. You'll work closely with clients, agents, and colleagues to deliver a smooth, efficient service while ensuring compliance at every stage.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Handle a broad range of residential conveyancing matters with minimal supervision
* Communicate effectively with clients and third parties to provide clear, practical advice
* Build and maintain strong client and agent relationships
* Contribute to the department's growth through business development activity

We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in residential property conveyancing
* 5+ years of PQE
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
* Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
* Motivated, proactive, and commercially aware with business development experience
