Hayward Hawk is partnering with a leading Northern Ireland organisation to recruit an ERP Business Analyst to support a major ERP transformation programme. This role will play a key part in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) while also supporting existing manufacturing systems. You will work closely with stakeholders across manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, and finance to analyse business processes, gather requirements, and ensure the ERP platform supports the operational needs of the organisation. The Role As ERP Business Analyst, you will act as the bridge between business operations and IT, ensuring systems effectively support core manufacturing and operational processes. You will work alongside project teams, implementation partners, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, support solution design, and ensure successful delivery of ERP improvements. Key Responsibilities Business Analysis & Process Improvement Work with stakeholders across the business to analyse, document, and improve business processes. Document as-is and to-be process models to support ERP transformation. Identify opportunities for automation, standardisation, and operational improvements. Gather and document detailed business requirements and functional specifications. Participate in solution design workshops with internal teams and ERP implementation partners. ERP Implementation Support Support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Assist with process mapping, system configuration documentation, and functional design. Support testing activities, including system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Assist in validating business processes during system rollout. What Were Looking For Proven experience as a Business Analyst working with ERP and manufacturing systems. Experience delivering or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Dynamics AX implementations. Strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements and process maps. Experience Required Degree in Information Systems, Business, or related discipline (or equivalent experience). Previous experience working in a Business Analytics role or similar. Experience supporting migrations from Sage to Microsoft Dynamics 365 is advantageous.
