What you'll be doing?
As an Infrastructure Engineer, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end device lifecycle across the organisation. This will involve:
* Registering and tracking new hardware in the CMDB and asset management systems
* Building and configuring devices to meet business requirements
* Deploying equipment to colleagues and ensuring a smooth handover
* Coordinating the secure decommissioning of legacy devices with our third-party partner
* Providing hands-on support for colleagues during hardware setup and resolving any issues quickly
You'll collaborate with teams across the business and work closely with specialists, playing a key role in delivering a successful programme and shaping process improvements along the way.
Key Skills & Experience
* Microsoft Products: Windows 11, Teams, OneDrive, Office 365, BitLocker
* Intune: Device management (we're transitioning from PXE to Intune)
* Active Directory
* ServiceNow (desirable)
