* Provides patient care in the OR, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
* Delegates, coordinates, and supervises OR team for patient safety; delivers direct and indirect care.
* Graduate of a State Board School of Nursing or equivalent.
* Current Texas RN license required; AHA BLS required; AHA ACLS and PALS within 6 months.
* CNOR certification preferred; one year OR nursing experience preferred.
* Must demonstrate medication and computer competence within initial employment period.
