Customer Service Advisors (full time) – Multiple Start Dates (Feb–May) Fixed Term Contracts until September 2026 Apply by: 9th January 2026 Open Day: Thursday 15th January 2026 We’re looking for friendly, customer-focused people to join our growing Customer Services Team, helping customers at every stage of their TentBox journey. You’ll build expert knowledge of our roof tents and accessories, supporting customers across WhatsApp, email, phone, social channels, and in our on-site HQ showroom. From first questions to post-purchase support, you’ll deliver a confident, white-glove experience that puts the customer first. We’re after people who love helping others, communicate clearly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience delivering customer support through digital systems is a bonus.
