Job Title: Chef De Partie

We are looking for a Chef de Partie to help fill a gap in a popular, busy kitchen near Harrogate. Our client's passion lies in finding quality fresh ingredients and preparing, cooking and presenting them in a modern but unpretentious way. Their menus have a spine of classic British dishes complemented by more exotic influences from other parts of the world. As a Chef de Partie you will responsible for working a section to help support the kitchen team during the busy festive period.
The client is part of a larger group that we have a longstanding relationship with so if you enjoy the companies culture and vibe, there are definitely further opportunities for work within other sites. You will be paid weekly on a PAYE basis for every hour you work and in addition, will accrue holiday pay to allow paid time off when needed. You will need your own transport to get to and from site each day as accommodation isn't provided.
