Position
This full‑time role is based in London and reports to the VP of International Markets, with a dotted line to the Global VP of HR.
You will support leadership teams across the UK and additional European markets (Netherlands, Romania, and Poland), acting as a true strategic partner while remaining hands‑on across the full employee lifecycle. This is a regional HRBP role supporting multiple European markets within a global business environment – not a UK‑only HR position.
You’ll be the go‑to partner for managers and employees: coaching leaders, strengthening organisational effectiveness, and ensuring the employee experience is consistent, scalable, and impactful across markets. You’ll confidently own the employee lifecycle end‑to‑end and navigate complex people matters with discretion, sound judgment, and commercial awareness.
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to the VP of International Markets and regional leadership teams.
- Translate business goals into a clear people agenda (org design, talent priorities, structure, execution).
- Coach and enable managers on performance, feedback, talent development and leadership behaviours.
- Lead key talent processes end‑to‑end (performance cycles, talent reviews, development planning, promotions, succession and retention).
- Own and manage employee relations cases in the UK, Netherlands, Romania and Poland.
- Ensure alignment with UK employment law and local EU regulations.
- Support organisational effectiveness initiatives, workforce planning and change management.
- Partner closely with HQ functions (TA, L&D, Finance, Legal, People Ops) to ensure strong and compliant HR practices.
- Use people data and insights to identify trends and drive informed decision‑making.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a global organisation.
- Proven HRBP experience supporting the UK, Poland, Romania, Netherlands.
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and experience handling employee relations cases in the UK.
- Experience supporting multiple markets simultaneously.
- Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence decision‑making.
- Experience managing the full employee lifecycle in an international environment.
- CIPD qualification – a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
