We are exclusively partnering with our impressive, well respected, market leading client, a progressive organisation in the manufacturing sector, to appoint an experienced HR Advisor to join their People team.
This is an exciting, brand new, opportunity for a proactive HR professional to deliver high-quality generalist HR support while contributing to key people initiatives that enhance employee engagement, development, and organisational culture.

The Role:
* Provide comprehensive HR support across employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and HR projects
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, selection, offers, and onboarding
* Maintain HR systems and databases, ensuring accurate reporting and data management
* Provide guidance and advice to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practice
* Support employee relations matters including investigations and case management
* Coordinate performance appraisal processes and track development outcomes
* Contribute to training and development initiatives across the organisation
* Assist with the review and development of HR policies and procedures
* Produce monthly HR reports and maintain accurate employee records
* Support wider HR initiatives including System implementations, GDPR compliance, diversity and inclusion, ESG etc
* Work collaboratively with the HR team to enhance employee engagement and retention
The Person:
* CIPD qualified or currently working towards qualification
* 2-3+ years' experience in a generalist HR role
* Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment (desirable)
* Strong knowledge of Northern Ireland employment legislation
* Experience managing recruitment campaigns and training initiatives
* Confident handling employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion
* Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication and relationship-building ability
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
