We are looking for an experienced HR and Payroll Manager within our Corporate Support services team. This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual who strives to ensure the consistent application and best practice of HR policies and procedure that meet legislative and employment requirements whilst balancing the wellbeing of our employees.
The role will also lead the delivery of accurate compliant, payroll and pension services across the organisation.
This role is varied and rewarding with key tasks that support our venues and service which include, but are not exclusive of;
· Lead the delivery of Payroll and Pension services which includes hands on end to end delivery including providing support and information to staff
· First point of contact for providing HR advice, guidance and support
· Contributes to the recruitment and onboarding processes
· Contributes to the review and development of policy and procedures within the HR and Payroll functions
