Digital Learning Producer | Hybrid | UK Travel
Are you a visual storyteller with a passion for learning? Do you love turning complex ideas into compelling video content that actually makes people smarter?
We’re seeking a Digital Learning Producer to join our Learning & Development team. This is a hybrid role where you’ll lead the creation of high-impact training content, from scripting and filming to editing and live-streaming.
If you have a creative eye, technical skills, and a knack for transforming dry topics into engaging experiences, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Producing cinematic-quality training videos using professional gear (Panasonic CX350, Bird Dog P200s, Rode mics, GoPros)
* Storyboarding and scripting with subject matter experts
* Editing in Adobe Premiere Pro and Articulate 360
* Leading live-streamed events
* Keeping content current with AI-driven trends and microlearning formats
* Supporting our LMS (Moodle) and assisting users
What You’ll Bring
* Experience in video production and instructional design
* Strong editing and storytelling skills
* Confidence with live-stream setups and studio equipment
* Understanding of learning platforms and digital trends
* UK driving license and eligibility for BPSS clearance (5+ years UK residency)
