The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a Yard Operative/Forklift Driver for our well established client based in Godalming on a 12 week temp-perm.
MUST drive to due to location of site.

Hours:
* Monday to Friday
* 8:30am to 5:30pm
Pay:
* £12.98 per hour (27,000pa)
* After 12 weeks you'll also be added to the monthly bonus scheme, earning an extra £200 each month! (Earn up to £29,400pa).
Responsibilities of the Yard Operative/Forklift Driver:
* Safely loading and unloading deliveries using a forklift (counterbalance).
* Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch.
* Assisting customers and drivers in the yard.
* Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
* Carrying out regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies.
* Supporting general warehouse and yard operations as needed.
Requirements of the Yard Operative/Forklift Driver:
* Previous experience in a yard, warehouse, or builders merchant environment (preferred).
* Valid counterbalance forklift licence
* Good understanding of health & safety procedures.
* Comfortable with manual handling.
* Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
* Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail.
