The Role
As a Wake Night Support Worker, you will:
Implement individual support plans and daily routines
Provide personal care and practical assistance where required
Maintain accurate notes and records
Support service users with household tasks such as meals, laundry, and cleaning
Promote social activities and community engagement
Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver high-quality care
