The Department of History is seeking a part-time instructor to teach two introductory Western Civilization courses — French Revolution to the Present.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (including, but not limited to):
1. Teach two introductory-level Western Civilization surveys – French Revolution to the Present.
2. Design syllabi and implement preferred pedagogical techniques within disciplinary norms and best practices.
3. Hold 4 office hours per week.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (education/training and experience required):
Required:
1. MA in History.
2. Experience teaching history at the undergraduate level.
3. Availability to teach on a MWF schedule from 9:00-11:00am.
