We are offering an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Sales Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position based in our Cannock office. The realistic OTE for this role is £40,000.
Role responsibilities include:
1. Conducting accurate property valuations for various property types, including residential, investment, portfolio, and mixed-use properties.
2. Staying updated with market trends, local property values, and economic conditions in Solihull and surrounding areas to provide informed, evidence-based valuations.
3. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, such as homeowners, investors, solicitors, and developers, ensuring high standards of service.
4. Preparing comprehensive valuation reports, including market appraisals, condition assessments, and recommendations, in line with industry standards and legal requirements.
5. Offering expert advice on pricing strategies, investment opportunities, and market conditions.
6. Ensuring all valuations and activities comply with relevant legal, regulatory, and company standards.
7. Supporting the team in expanding the company's client base through networking, referrals, and business development activities.
We are looking for individuals with the following qualities:
* Previous experience in property valuation, preferably within Solihull or the wider West Midlands area.
* Strong understanding of the Solihull property market, including residential, investment, and rural sectors.
* Ability to assess properties thoroughly and generate accurate, professional reports.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
* Proficiency with property management software, MS Office Suite, and valuation tools.
