The Opportunity
The Sales Operations Analyst will work closely with the Director, Global Channel Sales Operations and should accelerate the best sales business practices, find market opportunities to drive corporate strategies and sales success across the organization. The ideal person will have experience in successfully driving and optimizing sales processes and programs, across direct and indirect sales teams. Drive the health of the business through analysis, performance monitoring, process improvements and insights. We’re looking for someone who is highly effective and efficient and excels at toggling between critical thinking and detailed execution. Based in the United Kingdom, you will report into the Director of Channel Sales Operations.
What You’ll Do
* Be the subject matter expert for key strategic initiatives that we are driving in the FY. What trends are we seeing, what insights can be gained.
* Align with Sales leadership, providing insights and highlighting growth opportunities.
* Collaborate with the Reporting and Automation team to streamline processes and ensure accurate data for insights and growth strategies.
* Collaborate closely with the GTM leads, Finance, Marketing as well as the other Sales Operations teams worldwide.
* Act as a change agent, be a catalyst and advocate in a fast‑paced and ever‑evolving environment within the Field Sales Organization. Pro‑activeness is key.
* Lead diverse ad‑hoc projects that require analytical and critical thinking as well as attention to detail.
What You Need To Succeed
* 10+ years of work experience in operations or related field.
* Excellent verbal, written communication skills, as well as presentation skills.
* Ability to build trust and drive accountability & ownership at all levels, within teams other than your own.
* Ability to mine, manipulate and present data to non‑data people. Must have sophisticated Excel skills; Tableau knowledge will be good and experience with Power BI preferable.
* Experience with CRM systems like SFDC or MSFT Dynamics or equivalent.
* When communicating, provide concise recommendations that include data, action steps, and insight to paint a clear picture and the ability to solve complex operational problems.
* Must have high attention to detail, love delivering high‑quality work, be passionate about our customers and should be a creative problem solver.
* Must be a highly motivated individual that is able to work in a virtual team environment.
* A hard‑working approach, self‑managed and capable of multi‑tasking in a rapidly growing organization with a hands‑on mentality.
* Ability to be successful working in a highly matrixed environment.
