* Check and challenge food quality before serving meals to our customers confidently.
* Ensure excellent customer service by actively seeking feedback both in the Cafe and online.
* Greet and serve customers with a genuine smile and passion.
* Take food and drink orders while listening carefully to customer needs.
* Support the Cafe team to ensure the success of the Cafe.
* Engage proactively with your team and customers.
* Know your Cafe menu to upsell our delightful extras.
* Adhere to health and safety practices and cleanliness standards to guarantee high hygiene standards for customers and staff.
* Assist promptly with customer complaints and share positive feedback.
