Job Opportunity: Territory Sales Manager
The Osteotec Spine Division is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join their team in the West Midlands. Ideal locations include Birmingham, Leicester, Nottingham, and Derby.
Brief Description:
The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales within the designated territory in alignment with company objectives. Under the guidance of the Sales Manager, this role encompasses all elements of the sales cycle, including setting objectives, planning, executing sales activities, reviewing results, and adjusting strategies.
The successful candidate will expand Osteotec’s business by directly selling products to customers such as Spine Surgeons, clinical and non-clinical decision-makers, and by enhancing customer service and acquiring new clients through technical expertise in the territory.
Responsibilities:
* Promote, demonstrate, and sell a range of spine products to NHS and private hospitals.
* Achieve sales targets and KPIs monthly and annually.
* Demonstrate medical equipment within theatre and clinical environments.
* Conduct product trials and evaluations to drive sales.
* Provide excellent customer service and support the acquisition of new customers.
* Develop and implement an effective sales business plan.
* Manage resources and materials, including consignment stock in hospitals.
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, theatre staff, and hospital administration.
* Organize and lead training workshops for surgical and theatre staff.
* Report regularly to Sales Managers on sales activities and market conditions.
* Engage with key opinion leaders in the territory.
* Ensure all activities comply with ethical and legal standards.
* Liaise with other company departments to meet sales objectives.
* Spend approximately 80% of time in theatre environments.
* Perform other relevant duties as needed.
