What You'll Do
* Answer inbound and outbound calls, handling each with care, respect, and professionalism.
* Book appointments, log calls accurately, and gather key patient or customer details.
* Provide reassurance and clarity, keeping callers informed every step of the way.
* Work collaboratively with your team and shift managers to ensure smooth service delivery.
* Support administrative tasks and maintain confidentiality at all times.
* Keep up with required training and support the team as needed during busy periods.
What We're Looking For
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
* Ability to prioritise, stay calm under pressure, and make sound decisions.
* Empathy and sensitivity toward people from diverse backgrounds and situations.
