I am looking for a Building Surveyor to work in Worcestershire for a housing association. The Building Surveyor will be responsible for overseeing the repairs contracts; in regards to damp, mould surveys.
Duties of the Building Surveyor:
General day-to-day maintenance.
Reactive maintenance and damp and mould surveys
Scheduling day to day repairs.
Building Surveyor essentials:
Experience in diagnosing repairs and undertaking repairs surveys to residential properties
Ability to work at pace and adapt to change.
Experience within social housing.
Experience with carrying out damp and mould surveys.
