Job Description Role: Accounts Administrator Location: Huntingdon Hours: 37 hrs Monday - Friday Salary: £24,000 We’re looking for a highly organised Accounts Administrator to join a busy, international business and support the Accounts Team across a wide range of responsibilities. This is a hands-on role where accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to meet accounting deadlines are essential. What will you be doing in the accounts administrator role? Processing daily sales invoices, credit notes, refunds and remittances Producing monthly statements and supporting reconciliations Handling customer queries (invoices, statements, PODs) Supporting credit control and running initial credit checks Emailing invoices to overseas customers and resolving queries Assisting with staff expenses, company credit cards and month-end tasks General administrative support across the department Experience/qualifications required: Previous experience in an accounts role Strong communication skills and confident telephone manner Excellent attention to detail with the ability to self-check work Comfortable working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficient with MS Office, particularly Excel Highly organised, proactive and able to manage your own workload GCSE Maths & English (C/4) Interest in working towards AAT Level 2 (desirable) Driving licence and own transport required due to location Benefits 25 days holidays plus bank holidays Private healthcare scheme Varied, engaging role with strong development potential Supportive team and structured processes On-site role in a friendly, professional environment For more information on this role please apply today!
