National Sales Manager Water Enhancement Solutions

Location
National - Must be based near a major conurbation and willing to travel extensively.
Compensation & Benefits
Remuneration: £45,000 – £50,000 negotiable plus bonus/commission.
Benefits: Hybrid company car & comprehensive benefits package.
Core Responsibilities
* Lead national sales efforts for a comprehensive range of water enhancement solutions, including filters, taps, anti‑scale solutions, treatment tanks and filter housings.
* Sell primarily to independent distributors such as FilederOR and plumbing & heating merchants including Wolseley & BSS.
* Conduct CPD seminars where required to support product knowledge and customer success.
* Drive new business development as this role is newly established for the company.
* Travel nationally to meet clients, partners and prospects.
Qualifications & Attributes
* Proven water treatment sales experience.
* Ability to hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.
* Tenacious, hungry, enthusiastic with a strong work ethic.
* IT literate and comfortable using CRM and sales tools.
