To develop customer led support using person centred and psychologically informed approaches by providing information, advice and support for adults who are or at risk of homelessness. To contribute to the delivery of a high quality, safe and dynamic service in accordance with our policies, procedures, vision, values and strategic objectives.
The post holder will work within Psychologically Informed Frameworks to ensure that all customers are enabled to make lasting changes which equip them for independent living.

· Referrals and arrange for customers to receive support and move in their accommodation
· Deliver tapered and intensive support as required
· Facilitate Multi-agency working and encourage the customer’s engagement
· Work closely with the Service Manager engaging in Trauma Informed Care for customers;
