A leading multi-brand retail and services company is seeking a highly organised and motivated Customer Service & Operations Support professional to join their team on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing organisation that operates across the UK and Ireland in the retail, leisure, and digital sectors.
The Role
In this dual-function position, you’ll play a key role in both customer support and operational efficiency, working within a friendly, supportive team. The role involves handling customer and client communications, managing support tickets, processing refunds, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in partnership with internal teams and external sites.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to and resolve customer queries, including technical issues
* Process refunds and maintain accurate records
* Manage support tickets using platforms such as Dynamics 365 and Nayax
* Communicate with partner sites to ensure operational uptime
* Collaborate with operations management to improve internal processes
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar customer service or operations role
* Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
* Highly organised with excellent time management abilities
* Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
* Proficient in IT systems and able to manage multiple platforms simultaneously
Working Pattern
This role follows a 2-week rotating shift pattern, averaging 28.25 hours per week:
Week 1 (23.5 hrs):
* Friday: 8:15am – 5:15pm
* Saturday: 10am – 6pm
* Sunday: 10am – 6pm
Week 2 (33 hrs):
* Monday–Thursday: 8:15am – 5:00pm
