Interim Opportunity: Employee Relations Change Manager Are you an experienced ER specialist with a strong background in complex casework and organisational change? We’re recruiting on behalf of a Fire & Rescue Service for an Interim Employee Relations Change Manager to support their workforce through a period of change and improvement. Location: Hybrid working – ideally one day per week on-site (more where needed) Duration: 3 months (with potential to extend) Start: ASAP Day Rate: £300 per day The Role: You will play a vital role in supporting the organisation through a challenging but exciting period of transition. Your work will focus on: Leading and resolving complex ER issues, including grievance casework and investigations Providing expert advice to senior leaders and stakeholders Identifying patterns, learning from ER themes, and recommending solutions Supporting the transition from resolution work into organisational development activities Helping embed cultural and structural changes that drive improvement across the service Ideal Profile: Strong background in Employee Relations Previous experience of working in a Fire & Rescue Service Proven ability to manage and close complex ER cases and grievances Experience contributing to or leading OD/change initiatives Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Calm under pressure, solution-focused, and confident navigating complex challenges Interested?
