We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer for an exciting 6-month project based in Norwich. This is a high-profile, large-scale project, offering the opportunity to work on cutting-edge engineering systems.

Key Responsibilities:
5. Design and development of vessel systems and pressure systems
6. Preparation of mechanical design reports, calculations, and FEA analysis
7. Design and fabrication of sheet metal components
8. Work closely with the project team to ensure designs meet technical, safety, and regulatory requirements
9. Provide innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges
Essential Skills & Experience:
10. Proven experience in mechanical design for vessel/pressure systems
11. Proficient in SolidWorks
12. Strong background in FEA analysis, design calculations, and reporting
13. Experience in sheet metal design and fabrication
14. Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
