Overview
Be a key player in our Finance team. You will be responsible for posting supplier invoices and weekly payments, raising approved internal purchase orders and owning queries, processing outbound banking transactions and reconciling the bank, reviewing and confirming draft payslips match expected payments and deductions, uploading payroll files to the bank for processing, updating life insurance and pension records, and complying with required returns such as P11d, PSA, Pension Declarations and HMRC updates for changes to P11d Benefits. Adhoc Finance Tasks are also part of the role.
Salary £28-£32k DOE

You will have the following experience/skills:
* Minimum of 2 years Accounts Payable experience
* Minimum of 1 year in a Payroll admin/similar role
* Experience with Sage Intacct or equivalent system necessary
* Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook
* Microsoft Dynamics would be advantageous but not necessary
* Maths and English GCSE passes
* Able to communicate verbally in a polite, precise and accurate manner
