About The Role
An exciting opportunity has become available in our International Shipping team based in Aberlour House.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Processing international orders and preparing documentation for despatching goods.
* Ensuring regular communication with Despatch to keep customers up to date regarding orders.
* Processing invoices and customs documentation.
* Regularly liaising with internal departments to ensure efficient transition of information and provide best level of service.
THE INDIVIDUAL
* Methodical approach with attention to detail.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Confidence in dealing with customers.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Previous experience in export/shipping would be preferred however is not essential as training will be given.
34- 38 hours per week to be discussed at interview
