Job Description
The Legal Counsel will be:* Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements* Advising on contracts with both clients and suppliers across multiple business areas* Supporting business teams in negotiations and providing clear risk assessments* Advising on contract interpretation, dispute resolution and negotiation strategy* Supporting the development and implementation of commercial initiatives* Advising on contract law, intellectual property and data protection matters* Collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation to support business objectives
The Successful Applicant
The Legal Counsel should be:* A solicitor or equivalent with 5+ years PQE as a guide* Experienced in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts* Commercially minded, pragmatic and solutions focused* A clear and confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills* Highly organised with strong ownership and autonomy* Comfortable working in a fast paced environment* A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills
