Role Description
As a CXHub Customer Service Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer support by resolving enquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing customer experiences across multiple channels. This full-time hybrid role is based in Brighton, with the flexibility to work partly from home. Responsibilities include answering customer queries, fostering positive customer relationships, utilising omnichannel tools, and maintaining high standards of service.
Qualifications
* Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience delivery
* Excellent Phone Etiquette and communication skills
* Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
* Experience with cloud contact center platforms is a plus but not essential
