Job summary
Royal Crescent Surgery is seeking a skilled Registered Allied HealthProfessional such as a Paramedic, Physiotherapist, Dietitian, OccupationalTherapist or Podiatrist with the appropriate attitude, skills and knowledgebase, to join our clinical team.
Working 36 hrs per week over 4/5 days.
Main duties of the job
1. To deliver quality holistic care and treatment to the practice population.
2. To work autonomously and make independent decisions, enabled by a collaborative and supportive working relationship with your senior clinical team and designated clinical supervisor.
3. To demonstrate safe and effective clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment, diagnostic and management skills.
4. You will be working clinically with acute illness and acute on the day presentations for a variety of primary care registered patients. This will encompass your professional scope of practice. Additionally, you will be working across all four pillars of Advanced Practice including Clinical, Education, Leadership & Management and Research.
5. To assist in the provision of patient care working in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high quality patient-centered care.

The surgery team is made up of clinical, non clinical and network staff are professional and friendly. They all work closely together to support patients and each other.

6. A Bacheloer's degree (or equilvalent)
7. A Masters Level Qualification in a relevant specialist are area of Advanced Practice or
8. Currently undertaking a Masters Level programme in First Contact Practice.
