Are you a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a passion for recruitment? Abstract is looking for a dedicated onsite recruitment coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role involves working onsite from 06.00 am to 15.00 pm, Monday to Friday. Responsibilities: - Ensure staffing levels are adequate by checking attendance prior to each shift. - Completing return to work with associates - Coordinate and book in candidates to meet client requirements and address any staffing shortages. - Be the go-to person for recruitment matters, working onsite to address immediate needs and provide support. - Maintain open communication with clients to understand their staffing needs and ensure fulfilment. - Maintain accurate records of attendance, staffing levels, and candidate bookings. Working Hours: - Monday to Friday: 06.00 am to 15.00 pm Location: Daventry Requirements: - Previous experience in recruitment, the ideal candidate would have previous experience as an account manager or looking to take the next steps as an account manager - Ability to work early morning shifts and occasional weekends. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills for client interactions and candidate coordination. - Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
