Your day will involve helping pupils manage transitions, engage in learning, and develop their social and emotional confidence. You’ll be based in the classroom but will also run intervention sessions to reinforce academic work and help develop focus, organisation, and independence.You’ll work closely with the SENCO, teachers, and pastoral team to adapt strategies and ensure pupils receive consistent, structured support tailored to their needs.The CandidateYou’re a graduate—likely in psychology, education, or a related subject—who’s patient, calm, and naturally empathetic.
