Responsibilities
* Carry out leaving and retirement calculations for DB, DC and Cash Balance members.
* Prepare accurate leaver and retirement statements for member issuance.
* Respond to member queries via phone and email with clarity and care.
* Manage workload proactively to meet agreed turnaround times.
* Ensure calculations are completed efficiently and with high accuracy.
* Support other pension administration activities such as transfers in/out.
Key Skills
* Strong knowledge of DB and DC pension scheme administration.
* High level of numeracy and accuracy, including manual and automated calculations.
* Excellent communication skills when supporting members.
* Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Word.
* Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexible, reliable, and comfortable handling varied or ad-hoc tasks.
