Applications are welcome for the above Fixed Term (40 hours per week) post based in Royal Hospital for Children and Young People.
This post is for a full time, non-resident Fellow in Spinal Surgery at this nationally designated centre. The post is available from August 2025 onwards for one year.
The post is designed for orthopaedic or neurosurgical trainees who already have some experience of spinal surgery.
The post provides training in paediatric and adult spinal deformity surgery ideally suited for trainees who wish to take up a consultant appointment in full time spinal surgery.
The surgical activity is based at the Royal Hospital for Children and Young People and the Royal Infirmary in Edinburgh with some out-patient activity at Royal Hospital for Children, Glasgow.
