Job Opportunity: Quality, Safety, Health and Environment (QSHE) Manager
Irwin and Colton are pleased to have been engaged by an industry-leading FM organisation that is looking to bring on board a new QSHE Manager to lead health and safety programs at a major site in Surrey. The role involves overseeing QHSE requirements across the site, ensuring compliance among various departments and staff.

Responsibilities:
* Engage with key stakeholders to enhance the health and safety culture among staff, subcontractors, and site operatives.
* Maintain high standards of supplier performance and develop health and safety management systems aligned with best practices.
* Analyze risks in the critical working environment and implement changes to mitigate them.
* Ensure contractors on-site comply with legislation and company guidelines.
Candidate Requirements:
* NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) and relevant professional membership.
* Proven experience in the built environment, preferably in facilities management (Hard FM).
* Ability to influence and engage subcontractors to foster a safety and compliance culture.
* Strong understanding of ISO systems (ISO 45001, 14001, 9001).
* Experience in life sciences/R&D is advantageous.
