The mission of the Menzies Talent Acquisition team is to help the Firm grow and scale by helping to identify, attract, and select the very best talent in the market. The Talent Acquisition Specialist role is essential to support the Firm throughout the hiring process.
You will be an ambassador in the candidate experience, as the face of Menzies throughout their hiring process, ensuring that everyone has a fair and seamless experience with us. You will work directly with our HRBP team, taking responsibility for sourcing and onboarding our new experienced hires across various service lines.

Key Responsibilities
Support the Early Careers hiring cycles which includes reviewing candidates’ job applications, test administration, scheduling interviews and handling post-offer administration and assisting with the on-boarding process for new starters. Using standardised screening techniques, assessing the skills, qualifications and experience of potential candidates. Diary coordination with various hiring and P&C managers for interviews.
Keeping the ATS system up to date as candidates progress through the recruitment process. Fostering long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates. Acting as point of contact for candidates on the progress of their application. Reporting on activity and progress to the Talent Acquisition Manager. Additionally, supporting and coordinating candidate events such as assessment centres, on-campus activity, recruitment talks, visits and conferences and preparing materials and equipment for them.
Creating and issuing employment paperwork including offer letters and contracts of employment, managing associates onboarding actions, scheduling interviews, maintaining and updating the internal recruitment folders, managing the recruitment/careers inbox and answering any external queries, providing general administration support to the wider P&C team when required, and creating social media posts to promote hiring opportunities.

Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in an in-house/Talent Acquisition role.
* Experience of Early Careers hiring is highly beneficial.
* Excellent communicator and the ability to strike up a conversation with anyone.
* 'Strong Planning', 'Organisation' and excellent 'Attention to Detail' skills.
* Excellent knowledge of technology, such as Microsoft Office applications, social media platforms etc.
* A self-starter who is pro-active and a quick learner.
* Flexible and accepting of change.
