Overview:
We're partnering with a fast-growing multi-brand automotive group to hire a Group Ads Specialist based full-time in Burton-on-Trent. This is a team people want to join known for its supportive culture, regular company gatherings, and continuous training investment. You will take ownership of £500k+ annual ad spend across Google, PPC, YouTube and Meta.
What Youll Do:
* Manage and scale paid campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube and Meta
* Develop structured testing plans and optimisation frameworks
* Own budgets, pacing, forecasting and channel performance - Build dashboards for CPL, CPA, ROAS and revenue attribution
* Improve landing pages and conversion journeys with RevOps & Marketing - Maintain accurate tracking (GA4, GTM, conversion APIs)
* Introduce new channels and growth opportunities
What Youll Need:
* 4+ years of hands-on experience managing high-spend accounts
* Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads and GA4
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to build high-level reporting
* Experience driving performance in lead-generation environments
* A mindset around experimentation, optimisation and scaling what works
